Red fish rolls with ricotta

  2. Cut the eggplant into 3-5 mm thick strips. Then put it in a bowl and pour boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes to soften the eggplant.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrot with a large grater, cut the tomato into cubes.
  4. Fry in a frying pan for 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil carrot և onion until soft.
