Pyeongchang Olympic champion in women’s figure skating Alina Zagitova shared a new elementary recipe for a healthy fish dinner.
The figure skater posted a short video on social networks, in which she showed how she cooks salmon in the oven. Alina cut the fish into thick steaks, greased the pieces with a little rose oil, salted and peppered them, put large lemon rings on it, and decorated everything with parsley or cilantro branches. To make the dish dietary, after wrapping the fish in foil, you can send it to an oven heated to 180 degrees before cooking. You can also fry salmon in a pan.
Earlier, Zagitova had prepared diet zucchini. The athlete cut them into large circles and also sent them to the oven for half an hour.
It should be reminded that on June 6, Zagitova appeared in Novogorsk at the sports base of Honored Coach of the Russian Federation Eteri Tutberidze. And even earlier, the figure skater passed her first summer test at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), where she is a second-year student at the Faculty of Journalism with a program in “Production-Cultural Policy”.
