What do you need for 1 serving?
- 1 bass
- 200 g of germinated soy
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground red pepper
- 1 st. l. rice wine
- 1 egg
- 2 ch.c. l. corn starch
- 30 g of ginger
- 40 g green onions
- 5 dried chili peppers
- 1 st. l. Sichuan pepper
- 300 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp salt
How to prepare.
Step 1. We clean the bass, separate the fillet from the corpse, remove the small bony bones.
Step 2 Prepare the marinade. Combine starch, red և Sichuan pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, rice wine, soy sauce և egg white. Put the bass fillet in the marinade and leave it to marinate.
Step 3 Wrap the onion feathers and cut them into thin chips.
Step 4 Heat a small amount of water in a pan, add soy sauce. Ginger is cut into thin slices. Add soy sprouts, onion և ginger to the pot, if necessary add a little water և season with salt և pepper. Cook for three to four minutes. Then cover and cook for two minutes.
Step 5: Gently place the marinated fish fillets in the pan on top of the soybeans and onions. Steam, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Step 6. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Wait for the oil to evaporate.
Step 7. Put the vegetables on a serving plate with bass fillet on top. Put dry chili pepper on the fillet. Fill the dish with hot oil.
