Eggs are a healthy food. It is rich in protein, B vitamins and vitamin D, as it contains unsaturated fats that are good for the heart. Quick և easy egg dishes, the recipes of which we have chosen for you today, are ideal for a full breakfast or a light lunch.
American scrambled eggs are almost omelettes, but not so much. You can add different fillings to it. You can even sweeten it by adding sugar (kids will love this option). Scramble is very quick and easy to make, as it is incredibly tasty.
Ingredients (for one serving):
2-3 chicken eggs;
1 teaspoon butter;
1 tablespoon heavy cream (or milk)
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper;
1 pinch of chopped fresh herbs (optional)
How to prepare.
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl until a stable foam is formed. This can be done with a fork, but it is better to use a mixer or blender.
Add salt and pepper, one tablespoon of cream or milk. Mix everything well again.
Heat the pan on a low heat, add one teaspoon of butter.
Put the eggs in a heated pan and start mixing them constantly with a spatula. The more often you mix the eggs, the more lush the scratch will be.
The pan can be removed from the heat in time, so that the omelet remains fine և in the air. Add fresh herbs to the dish և mix, put on plates և enjoy.
You can add chopped tomatoes, sweet peppers, fried mushrooms, sausages or ham cubes as a filling.
Eggs baked in the oven
the right amount of eggs;
1 teaspoon grated hard cheese (for each egg);
salt and pepper – to taste;
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
How to prepare.
Preheat the oven to -175 degrees.
Take the muffin tins and grease them with vegetable oil.
Carefully break the eggs in each mold, adding a pinch of salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 15 minutes. It is possible. The longer the eggs are cooked, the harder they become.
Remove the pan from the oven and carefully remove the eggs with a knife. You can sprinkle fresh herbs on top and add your favorite vegetables as a side dish.
This dish can be interpreted to some extent by beating the eggs in an omelet, adding greens, cheese, tomatoes, ham or bacon, whatever you want, and baking it that way.
Egg Benedict – Quick recipe
8 pieces of bacon;
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
2 teaspoons white or rice vinegar;
2 bun hamburgers, cut in half
1 teaspoon butter.
For the sauce.
10 tablespoons butter;
1 tablespoon lemon juice;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
1 pinch of cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce
How to prepare.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat և Fry the bacon. When it is ready, remove the excess fat with a paper towel.
Lightly fry the cookies in the same pan.
Pour water (2/3 of the volume) into a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then add the vinegar. Wait for the water to boil over the fire again.
Prepare boiled eggs. The easiest way is to take a small bowl of egg, put a layer of oil on the inside, break the egg there and wrap it to get a bag. Do this for all the eggs. Fill the bags with boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Eggs should not be too hard. The bags can be taken out during cooking և carefully checked for readiness.
Make the Dutch sauce, mix the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper in a blender on medium speed for 20-30 seconds, until the mass turns light. Then start adding a thin stream of melted butter, continuing to stir. Taste the sauce և add salt or lemon juice if anything is missing.
Spread butter on one side of the bun, put two slices of bacon on it, then a boiled egg. Fill with Dutch sauce, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
