“He can do nothing.” Parents of allergic children often say this, referring to the most common products – wheat flour, milk, eggs. But all this is easily replaced: “children” and “adults” continue to enjoy pancakes, waffles, և their health improves. Here are two recipes for those who are better off going gluten-free without skipping a traditional breakfast.

Waffle without eggs, milk and gluten

We will need.

  • Prepared porridge on water (without gluten, oatmeal, millet, buckwheat, etc.) – 100 g.
  • Dry oat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable milk – 200 ml
  • Sesame – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice

Cooking:

  1. Mix all ingredients except cereal.

  • Rice flour – 160 g (1 cup)
  • Sugar cane – to taste, you can do without it

  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp. l.

Cooking:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, add salt.
  2. Add soda, a cup of flour, a third of milk to the obtained mass. Mix.
  3. Pour the rest of the milk into the dough and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  4. Add olive oil at room temperature.
  5. Start frying in a preheated pan. The pancakes are thin, fry them until holes appear and turn golden. It is better to choose a pan with a non-stick granite cover.
