Pancakes և rice flour with vegetable milk և waffle … porridge
“He can do nothing.” Parents of allergic children often say this, referring to the most common products – wheat flour, milk, eggs. But all this is easily replaced: “children” and “adults” continue to enjoy pancakes, waffles, և their health improves. Here are two recipes for those who are better off going gluten-free without skipping a traditional breakfast.
Waffle without eggs, milk and gluten
We will need.
- Prepared porridge on water (without gluten, oatmeal, millet, buckwheat, etc.) – 100 g.
- Dry oat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable milk – 200 ml
- Sesame – 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoons
- Lemon juice

Cooking:
- Mix all ingredients except cereal.
- Turn the grain into flour with a coffee grinder ավելացնել carefully add to the mass. The dough should be the density of a pancake.
- Leave the dough for 15 minutes, and at the end add smoked soda and stir.
- Bake in a waffle iron for 6 minutes. For each waffle you need 1.5-2 tbsp. l. test.
Gluten-free cookies
We will need.
- Eggs – 2 pieces.
- Milk – 250 ml (1 cup)
- Rice flour – 160 g (1 cup)
- Sugar cane – to taste, you can do without it
- A pinch of salt
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoons
- Olive oil – 1 tsp. l.

Cooking:
- In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, add salt.
- Add soda, a cup of flour, a third of milk to the obtained mass. Mix.
- Pour the rest of the milk into the dough and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Add olive oil at room temperature.
- Start frying in a preheated pan. The pancakes are thin, fry them until holes appear and turn golden. It is better to choose a pan with a non-stick granite cover.
