To prepare the marinade, you need to pour water on the fire and heat it a little. After that, add spices, bay leaves, to the liquid. We send grated lemon peel and lemon juice there.
The marinade should not be brought to boiling point, the sauce should be hot. We send mustard, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar there. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Then add the chopped fish with the sauce and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. The optimal marinating time will be two to four hours.
