If you cook red fish with this recipe, it will not only be delicious, but will look like a cook’s dish.

Pink salmon baked in the oven with cheese


  • frozen salmon – 1 piece;
  • cheese – 100-150 g;
  • tomatoes – 2-3 pieces;
  • sour cream – 200 g;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • salt, spices, pepper – to taste.

Step by step preparation

Cut the fish to begin with. As a result, small pieces of fillet should be obtained, the skin may remain.

Spread the fish pieces in a mold or on a baking sheet. The oven is heated to 200 degrees.

The fish should be salted and peppered. Preference is given to white pepper, it perfectly emphasizes the taste of fish. But you can substitute ordinary black pepper.

Next, the tomatoes should be cut into rings.

Then prepare sour cream sauce. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the sour cream. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Grease the fish with a sauce that acts as a kind of marinade.

Spread the tomato layer on top. The dish is rubbed again with sour cream sauce. Add a little water in the mold, 4 tbsp. l. Then spread the cheese on the whole area.

The egg is covered with foil so that the fish does not dry out. Put the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Cheese lovers open the foil 3-4 minutes before the end of baking so that the cheese turns red.
