  • semolina – 250 g;
  • tomatoes, bell peppers or chili peppers – to taste;
  • onion – 2 pieces;
  • water – a glass;
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • soda – 1/2 teaspoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt.

How to prepare.

  1. Mix buckwheat with water և leave the mass for 30 minutes
  2. Chop onion, tomato, pepper.
  3. Add lemon juice to the mixture of buckwheat և water, soda և a pinch of salt, mix everything.
  4. Heat the pan (it is better to use a pancake), grease it. Pour two or three tablespoons of dough, spread evenly in a thick pancake.
