Mexican shrimp avocado skewers

You need it for cooking:

large peeled shrimp – 40 pieces;

hot green chili pepper – 125 g;

lime juice – 2 tbsp. l .;

coriander – 1 teaspoon;

olive oil – 1 tbsp. l .;

salt – three quarters of a teaspoon;

sugar – half a teaspoon;

ground pepper – half a teaspoon;

avocado – 2 pieces;

skewers – 20 pieces.

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add the shrimp for 1-2 minutes. In a large bowl, mix the chili, lime juice, coriander, oil, salt, sugar and ground pepper. We spread the shrimp in this mixture so that they are absorbed into the marinade.

Avocado is cut into pieces. Put avocado and shrimp on the skewers. The dish is ready.

Salmon և Bulgarian pepper skewers

You need it for cooking:

salmon – 700 g;

dry white wine – 150 ml;

onion – 1 piece;

Bulgarian pepper – 2 pieces;

half a lemon;

cumin – one third of a teaspoon;

dried sage – 1/3 teaspoon;

salt – 1 teaspoon;

ground pepper – 1/3 teaspoon;

wooden skewers (soaked in water).

The salmon fillet should be cleaned from the skin, bones, cut into pieces. Onion – cut into rings. For the marinade you need to mix white wine, lemon juice, sage, cumin, salt and pepper mixture. Add the fish and onion to the marinade and put in a cool place for 1-2 hours.

The sweet pepper is cut into cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread onion, salmon and pepper on skewers. We put them on a baking sheet so that they are turned over and watered with marinade. Bake the dish for 15 minutes.

Grilled pumpkin skewers

You need it for cooking:

pumpkin – 1 kg;

butter (melted) – 3 tablespoons;

curry powder – 1 teaspoon;

salt – a quarter teaspoon.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the pumpkin in cubes on a baking sheet. In a separate bowl, mix the curry, salt and oil, then pour over the pumpkin. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the prepared pumpkin and leave it to cool.

Stir the pumpkin on the skewers. Fry on the fire for about 5 minutes on each side.

Chicken heart skewers marinated in soy sauce և orange juice

You need it for cooking:

chicken hearts – 750 g;

soy sauce – 3 tablespoons;

tomato paste – 1.5 teaspoons;

orange – 1 piece;

garlic – 2-3 cloves;

honey – 1 teaspoon;

baking paper;

wooden skewers (should be longer than the egg);

adjika (dry) – 0.5 teaspoons.

This dish can be prepared without leaving home, as it is prepared in the oven.

Put the skewers in cold water for 40 minutes so that they do not burn in the oven. Wash the hearts, remove the fats and everything from them. In a separate bowl, pour the tomato paste, honey, adjika և. Later add grated garlic and orange juice. After mixing, add soy sauce and hearts. Leave the hearts in the marinade for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees until the hearts are marinated. Line the bottom of the baking tray with special paper, pour two tablespoons of water on it. Then we strain our hearts on skewers and line them up in a horse.

Put the mold in the oven for 25 minutes and that’s it. The marinade can be cooked և served as a sauce.

Corn և vegetable skewers on skewers

You need it for cooking:

corn (on goat) – 400 g;

zucchini – 260 g;

eggplant – 200 g;

cherry tomatoes – 200 g;

Bulgarian pepper – 150 g;

garlic – 7 g;

olive oil – 30 ml;

lemon juice – 30 ml;

dried Italian herbs – 10 g;

salt and pepper – to taste.

Cut the corn, zucchini, eggplant, pepper into circles or large pieces, and put everything in a large bowl. Add grated garlic, Italian herbs, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Mix և leave for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the vegetables on skewers (soaked in cold water). We put it in a horse so that the vegetables do not touch the floor. We send it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Bottle kebab in a pan

You need it for cooking:

lean pork – 1 kg;

dry red wine – 1 glass;

9% vinegar – 2 tablespoons. spoons;

salt, pepper – to taste;

ground ginger – 0.5 teaspoons (to taste);

oregano – 1 teaspoon or to taste;

vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons. spoons;

onion – 3 pieces.

Cut the meat into pieces and put it in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, wine, vinegar. Mix, cover with a lid and leave for about half an hour or overnight.

We strain on skewers. Heat 2-3 tbsp. tablespoon vegetable oil in a wide frying pan with a flat bottom. Put the meat. Fry for 3 minutes on each side. While the skewers are cooking, chop the onion finely. After frying the meat, fry the onion for 5 minutes.

Pour the remaining marinade over the onion. We mix. You can add ginger և oregano. Put skewers with barbecue on the onion. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. During this time it is necessary to turn the barbecue twice. Shish kebab is ready, you can serve it on the table.
