How to make strawberry jam in winter


  • 2 kg of strawberries

  1. Remove the stems, wash the berries under running water.

  5. Put the strawberry in a bowl again, pour the hot boiled syrup on it. Allow the strawberries to cool completely again. And once again we repeat this procedure.
  6. Bake the strawberries in sterile jars and pour boiling syrup.
