Cooking:
Cut the tomatoes in half or a quarter, depending on the size. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into short strips. Cut the olives in half or leave them whole. Chop the onion into half rings, salt a little, sprinkle with vinegar or lemon juice, remember a little by hand.
We are going to ship. Pour olive oil, lemon juice in a container, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. The gas station is ready.
