Zucchini cookies

This is a very tasty breakfast. I like the pancake to have as much zucchini as possible, so I add very little flour. We make ordinary cookies for children with trout or salmon, cream cheese and cucumber.

Ingredients:

4-5 zucchini;

Salt and pepper to taste;

1 egg;

2-3 tbsp. l. flour;

Cooking:

Ingredients:

300-400 g of eel;

Salt and pepper to taste;

Olive oil;

Balsamic vinegar or sauce of your choice.

Cooking:

  • Boil quinoa quail eggs.
