Grilled carp with vegetables

  • Carp – 700 g
  • Lemons – 1-2 pieces.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l:
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. l:
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Seasoning for fish – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste

First you need to cut the carp, remove all the insides, scales, bile, and rinse the carcass thoroughly. Make vertical cuts on the carcass of the fish with a sharp knife. Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, spices and minced garlic. Grease the fish with marinade (leave 2 tablespoons for baking), leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
