Moreover, they are made very simply, they do not require time to spend near a hot stove. All you have to do is wash, chop the vegetables and mix them with the sauce և done. Cucumber salad և: chili paste

Make chili paste. To do this, combine the chili flakes and ground red pepper in a bowl. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. Add pepper to the bowl. Heat the vegetable oil directly, very strongly և fill it with a mixture of pepper and garlic. Mix the mixture with a spoon.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Wash the cylinder well, separate the owners from the stems and cut them into small pieces. Add cilantro to cucumber.

I used peanuts already roasted and salted. If you do not have this, you need to roast the existing raw peanuts, peel them. Add peanuts to the salad. Fill the salad with chili paste and gently sprinkle. Use the amount of paste according to taste. I like that it’s hot. Taste the salt to taste. Serve immediately.

Salad with strawberries and grilled vegetables

Salad with celery

Eggs will serve as a base, and celery stalks, spicy onions, juicy tomatoes and delicate yogurt sauce will complement the taste.

  • 1 celery stalk

Step by step recipe

Rinse the eggs well before use, then boil. To get perfectly cooked eggs, I recommend cooking them for exactly 9 minutes.

Put the prepared eggs in ice water a little. So you can easily separate the case from them. Cut the cleaned eggs into 4 parts.

Wash the celery stalks, remove the white part. Cut the celery into strips about 0.5 cm thick, if you want to get beautiful plates, try to cut the stems at a 45 degree angle.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 4 parts. Carefully remove the core, we will not need it. Cut the hard part into 0.5 cm wide strips.

Peel an onion and cut it into half rings. Try to cut it very thin, so that the taste of the onion does not interrupt the general taste of the salad, but only add spice.

To make salad dressing, combine yogurt and turmeric in a bowl. Mix the spice well with the yogurt, you should get a nice mustard-colored sauce.

Add onion, celery, tomato երը eggs to the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. Add a few mint leaves for an interesting twist.

Simple salad with zucchini and radish

For some reason, we are used to the fact that zucchini need to be heat-treated. Believe me, when they are raw, for example, in a salad, they give an absolutely amazing crunchy texture. I suggest just such a recipe, where zucchini is seasoned with radish, dill, pine nuts, fragrant olive oil, lemon juice. The salad is suitable for baked meat, fish dishes, and even more so when grilled or grilled.

  • 200 g of radish
  • bunch of dill
  • 20 g of pine nuts
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 ch.c. l. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step by step recipe

Prepare a salad of vegetables. Take 200 g of radish, wash it and cut it into circles. Wash the eggplant and cut into circles or strips with the help of a housewife. Place the vegetables in a small bowl.

Wash the bunch of dill, wipe with a paper towel, chop finely և add to the vegetables.

Grind the salad to taste, add the juice of one lemon և 20 g pine nuts. Fill with olive oil. The amount of vegetable oil can be increased or decreased as desired. Mix well, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the vegetables are juicy, marinate in lemon juice.
